The Youth Team at Christ the Servant is dedicated to
continue offering these opportunities for growth in Christ
to our Youth and Families. Please watch the Newsletters,
Weekly Bulletins,
Youth Bulletin Boards in the gathering area of the church
and your emails for the latest updates to Youth Programs and
Activities.
If you have an idea for a Youth activity and would like to
help coordinate an event or if you have any questions about

Thinking Ahead
To get you thinking AHEAD...
Christ the Servant Youth Team will be offering a week-end away August 7-9, 2009. The week-end will include a Saturday White Water Rafting trip on the Wenatchee River with YD Adventures.
We want as many Youth and their friends as possible to participate so we are planning early.
Cost for the week-end is expected to be $125.00 - 150.00 per participant. This will include all travel, lodging, meals, rafting trip and gear.

As we have been practicing with all activities pre-registration and deposits will be necessary for proper planning.

Classes
Our Confirmation ministry is for youth in grades
6, 7 &
8. The goal of our
Confirmation Ministry is to strengthen faith by:
- Exploring
the Scriptures and Sacraments and making connections between the
catechism and ministry in daily life.
- Modeling
prayer, Bible study, and devotional practices.
- Involving
youth
in worship
- Encouraging
faith
through testimonies from mature disciples
- Discovering
personal faith stories and spiritual gifts.
- Developing
Christian community and fellowship through activities such as: retreats, lock-ins, service projects, etc.
