Mission
Statement:
"Inspired by the Holy Spirit we Joyfully bring God's
Word to People as Christ centered Servants."
This
church was established in 1986 by Pastor Otto Tollefson with a 67
member congregation. Today, that number has grown to over 300.
Our
mission at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church is rooted in Jesus'
exciting commission to make disciples of all nations (Matthew
28:19-20). Our goal is to make fully devoted followers of
Jesus Christ from people who otherwise would not be a part of a
church. We share with enthusiasm the winsome love and joy of
Christ as we are inspired by the Holy Spirit.
What
joy to work together to connect people to God, others and the
world. What fulfillment to witness transformed lives - to see
people grow in faith and discover their own special gifts in serving
the Lord. What great hope we have for an exciting
adventuresome and faith-filled future! Pastor's

At
CSLC we are excited about living the "Purpose Driven
Life." What is it all about? Why is it so important? Because it
is simply a Christ-centered life and this is our mission:
"Inspired by the Holy Spirit we joyfully bring God's Word to
people as Christ-centered servants."
Here
are the purposes that will keep us Christ-centered and balanced:

That's
the Spirit-filled, Christ-centered life in a nutshell. And it's what
we invite people into at Christ the Servant Lutheran Church. The
first step to this "Purpose-Filled Life" is commitment to
Christ and to the church.
