ALPHA at CSLC 

What is ALPHA?

Alpha is a basic introduction to the Christian faith and an opportunity to explore the meaning of life.

Millions of people worldwide have completed an Alpha course over the past 10 years.  It is an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions and a weekend away.

A nyone interested in finding out more about the Christian faith is welcome to the course.
L earning & Laughter.  It is possible to learn about the Christian faith and have fun at the same time.
P asta & Pie. Eating a meal together gives people an opportunity to get to know each other.
H elping One Another. The small groups give you a chance to discuss issues raised in the talks.
A sk Anything.  Alpha is a place where no question is regarded as too simple or too hostile.

What can I expect when I come?  (This is a typical evening, but can be changed depending on the situation)

6:15 pm – Arrival, social time/meet and greet

6:30 – Dinner is served (yes served)!

7:15 – Large Group Activity

8:00 – Small Group Time

8:30 – Large Group closing.  Good night and see you next week!
